In the event where your K9 steamer needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing defect we will collect repair and return your steamer in a like new condition. A member of our expert team based at our head office in Essex will carry out a fault assessment order genuine replacement parts and carry out a fully insured repair. This extended warranty covers the following costs: parts labour collection and return to a single address. General wear and tear is not covered.
